Gbemi is a Consultant to the Firm. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and a Master of Laws from the University of London, United Kingdom. He has built considerable expertise in commercial and civil litigation as well as corporate transactions. His legal experience ranges from rendering legal advice to an Asian National Oil Company on the acquisition of offshore oil facilities worth $5billion to the successful defense of a multinational oil company in oil spill cases for claims exceeding $3billion before superior courts in Nigeria. Gbemi has equally gained in-house professional exposure with a global technology company.

A consummate advocate, Mr. Oduntan has had numerous speaking engagements in South Africa, United States and the United Kingdom.
