Omotoyosi attended Babcock University, Ogun State, Nigeria where she obtained a Bsc in International Law and Diplomacy, in 2008. She also attended the University of Buckingham, United Kingdom where she obtained an LL.B Hons. in 2012.

Omotoyosi has participated in a number of out of court settlement and divorce matters.
